T'was a day without the warmth of sunshine
if she did not see her reflection in his eyes.
she thought of him as a Prince Charming,
upon a white stallion; galloping;
galloping to a castle in the sky.
Like Rapunzel, letting down her hair
baby blue eyes and skin so fair.
T'was day without sunshine, He said, "farewell."
Once upon a time, a glass slipper ago
unlike Cinderella, she fell down the rabbit hole,
but a reflection of a wolf was in her eyes,
a wolf in sheeps clothing; a disguise,
Within misty mountaintops of the fog,
That is what you get when you kiss a frog.

Hah! Tellin' it like it is in this little ditty, Victoria. Love. Prince Charming. Cinderella. They don't call them fairy tales for nuttin'. I loved the witticism you brought to this dance.

Such a surprising twist and the route you took to it quite fun!

I posted a response to your rose piece inside my post.
