                 No limits

A giant yellow moon climbs
a fine pink and blue sunset sky
over verdant-forest ‘endless’ hills
of cicadas singing in ‘Deep-Time’
cadence of Summer passing.
Let you heart be free from all shadows
as this lustrous moonlit lake
mirroring  silver clouds and dreams.
The brilliance and sweep of your
mind and spirit need no limits
   by night or day.

Damn, Bruce. I'll be thinking of "this lustrous moonlit lake," for the rest of the day. I read it and immediately it was firmly fixed in my thought process. Hey! Maybe I'll even dream about it. Nice poem, but I like that line.

Beautiful, as always, Bruce.  Whilst I love your always superb descriptions of nature, I especially love the positivity in:

"Let your heart be free from all shadows"

and

"The brilliance and sweep of your
mind and spirit need no limits
by night or day."
