Ahh yes but I have found the tears healing. It is the inability to feel enough to shed them that has done me in. Numb is a curse and very unhealthy in my opinion. |

Tears must be released,sometimes from laughing and other times more sad. Even crying at a sad movie helps because I think those tears are stored up tears that needed to be let out. best to you, jo perry |
