she was a soot skin woman girl on the fifty side of twenty five too many shadows have touched her to let the light show through her eyes they were tombstone like sam's were when he came back from the nam with blood on his hands, inside leaking life from the inside out but she held the door for me at easy I thought it was to let me inside but she said it was to keep me free when I got lost inside another smile and would prefer sincere empty more than just the part time insincerity of the needing kind of wanting woman with more changes on her mind pages than time to read between her own lines ____________ daark |
