and a devil down lower above her heaven

said she was confused sometimes between
wondering which one was her favorite

and which one would I prefer to worship
if it took most of the night to get there

I said it didn't matter too much really
eventually they would just blend somewhere

between heaven and hell and then again
since we were already ruining our purity

and giving sin a more proper accommodation
