It is Saturday
The weekend
And the whole town
Is shopping

Main Street
Is full of people
Who bustle from store
To store The sun shining
The sky blue

Restaurants with balconies
On their second floors
Have windows open
The pines in the corner park
Seem to watch it all

A wooden bridge
Crosses over a slender river
Two women together are talking

The moment pauses
A flight of sparrows passes by
And then it’s gone

I felt like wanting to eavesdrop the two women on the bridge ... such harmony flows here in your words. You rendered the moment better than a video could ever have done.
