If he hit you you are better off leaving for your kids sake, beyond your own.

(one does not really care to imagine what emasculations
occurred behind closed doors). And this not many months
after the marriage ceremony.

And if I remember correctly, you, not much before, were looking
at living out in the woods because you were about to be
evicted from their house by your near relatives . . .

So who is it
