You may think im nothing anymore
I want to be a hero in your eyes
Why do i have to be worthless
I have been pierced by a gaze that glows in the night
What color are your eyes?
I cant see them anymore because you wont look my way
You have a boyfriend that i cant compete with
I have been burned by gold
Engulfed in fire
I was laughing when the misery lost its pain
I have been passed by many times
This time ill be in urgent care
Nicole, i want to feel a warmth that will get me through the night
You can lose everything from one instant to the next
The piano has lost its touch
Maybe a guitar will help me out tonight
Not this time
Nicole, i have lost everything
