Have I been lost all along,
or this journey just beginning for me,
this path is not what i intended
nor one in which i wanted to endure.
I have lost so value in my life
the forces conspire to entrap me
to pull me inward to length,
to fail my soul and heart.
Yet the wind my savior
gently presses against my skin
one small yearning fire smolders
and must be addressed.
The snow falls with languor,
the moon lighting her face
and I must travel once again
to understand who I am.

Sad, longing and moody writing, Michael. Don't know where everyone is today, the board isn't very active.

To find the inner self is a journey we all must travel. Sometimes the way is chock full of life's version of potholes and maneuvering around them takes dexterity and finesse.

To mimic is a form of praise unless
you have no thoughts of your own

Yes, travel to and then away again.
Emotional survival can be a challenge.

Never stop in that research! Snow is a wonderful "conductor" to pondering.

This is quite intense and beautiful.

Love,
Margherita
