I never had the father I wanted
The mother I needed
The lover I wished
In the end
I had a friend
In the end
I lost a friend

All I had
Was just you
Little did I know
It was all I could do
To stay alive

I lost my pride
I lost my love
I lost it all
In the end
I'll be alive.

“Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them.” -Henry David Thoreau

Sounds like a case of the blues to me--

Is there a doctor in the house?

They call me...Doctor John..."

An Rx for you. Turn up your sounds, dawlin' and remember:

Der's no place like home.

*hugs*
