.

Softly quietly
So imperceptibly
A way opens
And you are here

It is you

Being
Immanent evidence
Coming from
That other place
The one that matters
The one I know
By who I feel

How articulate
Are your silences

Sense beyond measure
Light time— sound
Reason or fear

Your gaze from
Taking in eternity
Nameless endless
Magnificent anonymous

And before you go
To where you will
Then wait for me

You turn around
And smile

This is a fascinating piece Huan Yi. There are many angles this takes my mind, from glimpsing God, to glimpsing others who passed before us if only for a brief instant. Perhaps it's where my mind is right now reading my own desires into it, and wishing for the vision myself. I very much enjoyed pondering your words here.

Best wishes,
/Kit

A beautiful poem. I do not know if you will rewrite it at all, which you might, but it is imho a worthy composition. Some buttons pushed for me are the "any progress along such a path leads to all freedom from fear" line from the BG, Michael Ende's Childlike Empress, and Mr. Blake's observation about the cleansed doors of perception. Good stuff.

Abuse of power
is pernicious slavery.
Defend against it.
