Felt that cold on my neck
Who woulda thought
That cold right there was all thats left
Of a perfect night
Saw you drive away in that old car
Who woulda thought
That old car right there was the worst sight
Of a perfect night

Knew you would leave me again
Who woulda thought
That this time would forever be the end
Of a perfect night
I saw you cry the day before
Who woulda thought
The night after that day had in store
Was a perfect night

Watching someone you love drive away knowing they're never coming back is like watching yourself die.

I liked this.

Very good.
