Young Bones daily,
and nightly experiences
are so far outside the norm
that it’s hard for him to relate
to compatriots of his own age.

Bones has ended up losing
a major portion of his childhood.

He can’t tell you where it went.

Bobby

Having read several pieces of Bones' life, one must ask... Did he ever have a childhood to loose? A sad thought in and of itself.

"We'll chase them like rats across the tundra."

Thanks Andrew,

For reading and commenting.

Of course Bones had a childhood to lose, everyone's having it done.

I guess the daily and nightly experiences changed so rapidly that it all became a blur when later trying to recall them. But at the time, yes, at the time they were so captivating that nothing else existed.
