I am in awe, miracle of blossoms
almond buds, sing me to them
transmitting sweet mountain meadows
tall emerald green
lazy brook whispering gurgling sonnets
remarkable things,
hours that speak
air so boisterous pauses to embrace me
with mysticism
uncomplaining, persistent
bleached with pine colored vines
jeweled moths of waxoned bells
swaying from side to side
warmed by some flower drenched sweetness

Happy Mother's Day

Lee J!

So good to read your poetry again!  This is absolutely beautiful in image and sound--so musical!   What a treat it was to me after being away for a while to come to the blue pages and see your name.

   Hugs,
misce'

Sing me to them...indeed.

Well done.

Beautiful, LeeJ!  Such a treat as my land turns brown and leaves litter the ground.

Such vivid imagery, like 3D on the page or a film show that only works in the mind, thank you....

It's a talent to make one almost smell the trees and flowers from just reading...and you've done that.
