If i'd have looked a little deeper would i have seen the pain hidden deep behind those eyes that never showed the rain?
Would i have known the truth of life that lived deep within your soul?
could i have been the one to help you when you had lost control?
Could taking time to feel with you your heartaches and fears have taken all your pain away and dried your lonely tears?
The answer to all the doubts i have lie within this space...as i stare into the life you lived upon a lifeless face.

Welcome aboard.  I enjoyed your poem a lot.

There must be a poem in here somewhere.
