Today, I saw my baby with somebody else.
Yes, I saw my baby with somebody else.
Now here I am crying all by myself.

He said he would keep me in diamonds and furs.
He said he would keep me in diamonds and furs.
Now, may I ask what he's doing with her?

He promised to love me forever more.
He promised to love me forever more
But he sure don't come around much anymore.

There must be a poem in here somewhere.

Yep, that's the blues alright. Or crying in your beer country...it's all good.

Thanks, Lori.  I'm glad you enjoyed my little blues song.

What would the blues do if there wasn't cheating going on, I ask you. This is classic down-home blues.
