Who is that dark figure on my window sill?
the man in the corner,
standing in the doorways
a shadow of my former self?

be ye friend or foe?
you're not some raven from night plutonia's shore
sitting on my Pallas bust
evermore

watching waiting
when mind is tired enough
when eyes are open enough

to where we can see all that there is
those rare moments of clarity
when we see...
more than we need

mock me
and there ye be
message unknown
purpose unknown
and rarely seen

the blackbird from days past
raven, if it be correctly said
beware, beware, of the evil thing
shoo him out 'er he leaves a poop

Hauntingly mysterious and beautiful and exquisitely crafted.

My new puppy has chewed through my power cable.  I hope I can get one today, but may not be able to get one until Wednesday, if at all as my laptop was bought in 2007.

I don't have much battery power left and I need to try to save some battery power left to send the messages to Linda (Earth Angel) from my thread in Announcements every day, if at all possible.

Just explaining why I possibly won’t be able to respond to any poems for a while after a couple today.

That dark figure is the
tax man waiting to see how much you spend
and then to him money you'll have to send

Jus kiddin.
Very interesting display of thoughts here.

Enjoyable read.
