THIS NIGHT
20 May 2011

This night
when I took Benji out
to the back garden
for a few minutes,
the moon was bright and pure
behind the bare autumn branches
of the mulberry tree
and I could feel
more than ever
the warm inner glow
of my Guardian Angels in Heaven,
Flicka, Tigger and Daisy
blessing me
with their
unconditional
and forever
love.
