You Do Something to Me

You don't know
but I know
exactly how I feel
when I am in your presence.
You see me smile,
you know I am happy
when I'm with you,
I feel like
I can be
exactly who I am
or anyone I want to be
and you would accept me,
for you seem
to have mastered
the art of love
and acceptance
and I value
those virtues
that you possess
yet so freely
give.

I love how you feel, dear James. And the thoughts you have expressed here so beautifully, are of the utmost significance in a bond of love, of true love ...

Love,
Margherita

Love the wings of your words dancing in the love of your verse.
