I Seek Not Perfection

As I look at her face
and as I rub her back
I realize that my feelings
towards her are not based
upon a pursuit of perfection
as much as an appreciation
for the softness of her femininity.
As I look into her eyes,
as I feel the smoothness of her neck
and the silky texture of her hair
I understand that a woman
is much more than the outer
beauty that she possesses;
she is the pleasure of her voice,
she is the tenderness of her hug,
she is the desire she sends in a kiss,
and she is the sweetness that comes
from within the softness of her heart.
