The plumed sky
cooed,
as thoughts of things
everything, you

rushed…

   in slow motion,

as the blink
of your glance
brushed
my cheek,
and the crimson cream
lips
you wore
washed, over me
dry,
drinking the pain
that fell
from my
eyes
as all things
that ever weren’t,
born onto
another
melted,
into steel and noise.

Like a seed,
on a fruitful journey
supplanted,
on a palm of wind
these clouds
of us,
that climb up the
ropes
of sky
born, of fire
and flurry,
they drain
the first drop
of flood
that suffocated
the rain
on a desert of
duration
shared together
from a glimpse,
across a page
that connects
two halfs, of
a smile
two halfs
of a whisper,
two
halfs
of a rainbow
that never
met beneath,
the sheets
of
mist.

Our, earth
is a heartland
of love and stones
and naked fingers,
we can ever
touch
but always
not have,
except
in that place
squeezed tight
where thoughts
of us
press out
light
and dreams of pearls
that hug your
teeth,
form diamond
drops
inside
that bleed, in
white.

This world
is blue,
for a reason.

It’s dying of
thirst
and cannot
breathe,
her briny waters
tears
of a cosmos,
that fell
on her pebble
frozen,
in lastingess
when inception
was still
afraid of the dim,
and thought, laid idle
on a silken
shore
of sinless,
beginnings.

This ocean
of space
of ink in waiting,
for a, unity of verse
to be written in the void
by fates that wish,
and not for prophet
soothsayers
of divinity, and kismet
on the warmth
of your purity, glistening
and
whole.

Design
is the rider of manuscripts
mare,
that scrawled sonnets of
odyssey
across the braiile,
of our
antiquity.

As builders of nemesis
built star castles
out of caligraphy,
abode of confusion
that ate
the delusion
that we, would never
come,
that we
would never
get to see
and appreciate,
the romance
of
never knowing
never
touching,
never ever
even getting to
see,
the eyes
that blind our
heart
to all other,
because they have
melded
into ours
now,
sharing the same
vision
of the dream
of the dream,
that chose
to never wake.

As the raven
of devoid
flew through our morrow
carving the caws
on the sound,
of our
sorrow.

What an intense reading experience, dear Richy!

You are filled to the brim with universal impulses that seem to dance in your mind and are put to paper in a very special choreography.

Love,
Margherita

Your words run down the page like tears and pool into a beautiful poem, Rich.

What can I say?  Now this is "romance" at its best!  I trailed the page and ended on a sigh - good thing though because it means that I know.

A rush comes over me as I read.

Such the throb of passion filling the
emptyness of what will never be, but visa your expression actually is .........

Richy, can you ever forgive me for letting your wonderful words get past me? Your style strikes a cord.
