Chirping at the sun
“My territory, see, see?”
I sing back to him
And trust soon that in my glee
See those born to legacy

Chirp, chirp . . . soon to be the dawning of a new generation. Patience. Patience.

Seems strange for me to be asking for patience, for I am probably one of the most impatient people on the planet.

Robins were here "everywhere",
all though February
so I whispered "go to Kansas"
so you may share.

Great poem, simply enjoy robins and other birds. I been seeing bundles of them around here....well it is our state bird after all.

Haven't seen any Robins here in Maine yet. It's still too cold and snowy. I hope to hear the chirping soon.
