One more from a little kid.

                  The Water Fall
                     By Billie (8yr.)

I stopped up in the canyon
               By a pretty waterfall,
It looked just like a fairy vail
              Hung on the mountain wall.

The trees and moss below it
Looked like a gay green dress.
           Mother nature knows the colors
That look the best, I guess.

Love your inspiration...Mother natures finery serves you well.

This was truly a delight to read.

Poets are born, not made. A Latin saying.

So upon billowing words poets dance among the Uni-Verse of the talent that you have.

Oh, Billie. It is apparent that your connection with Nature has been with you for your entire life. Your talent for writing ~ and observing ~ was remarkable for one so young. As our fellow pip poet DLesterYoung wrote in a reply somewhere today, there is a Latin saying about a poet being born, not made! You m'dear, are proof of that.

Love & a warm hug,
Linda

This brings a nice cool and refreshing break from a heat wave rolling through the west this week.
