We cross Oregon,
the road tames us,
the sensation of vastness
calms our humors,
the landscape is melodious
and knows us,
the sky has a color of rosé wine
and clouds stretch
as tired cats.
Oregon is beautiful
and generous,
bewitched by his glimmering skies
we became generous too.

And with this tribute you have become the favorite tourist who ever crossed Oregon, there is no doubt.

Amazingly beautiful, dear Yann!

Yann, I love your description of the vastness and beauty of one of my favorite states. Hopefully, you spent time along the coast, watched a glorious sunset, walked in the rainfall and was surrounded by a magnificent rainbow, visited the forested areas as well as sand dunes, and stoood on the high cliffs overlooking the breathtaking coastline.

The good feeling is contagious Yann, like when you smile to a stranger and he smiles back at you.  Loved this one and the "ous"
rhymes give your poem a lovely and melodious rhythm.  Happy Bastille Day July 14th my friend

Yann, I think this is one of my very favourite poems of yours - perhaps my most favourite one.  I am tired and stressed at the moment, and the beauty and serenity of your poem washed over me and relaxed my shoulders.  Thank you.

Yo Yann,

Oregon is one of the few states that I have never visited or worked in.  I've heard it's great there.  I'm glad you enjoyed it.

This is a good poem.
