Intrigue leads to enchantment
Weaving little threads of magic
Some would call entrapment
Some would call tragic
Not I, the one spellbound
Held transfixed forever
Yet there is no sound
As threads begin to sever
And left to my new reality
Like living a waking dream
Or was it just fantasy
To behold my timeless Queen
‘Then’ and ‘There’ are words
Which are given to intrigue
Something never heard
In my fairy tale fatigue
I was a non-believer
Before she did so enchant
Which no daydream deceiver
Could ever supplant
