why, when i finally let myself go to those look for love places and i answered your please let me in knocks on my door and i passed into the land of i’ll take my chances did it scream to you ‘hurt me some more’ i don’t want to be just another pass under you i do nothing that my heart’s not aware of i hate it when my soul gets scraped up because those wicked wounds heal way too slowly why, when i finally let you take peeks inside of me and allowed you to finger heartstrings and linger deciding which one was the most needed for me to be did you stand ready to pluck it, break me i'm a good girl; i thought you had seen me i deserve nothing less than everything i will not settle for half of something because i've got way too much to give somebody why, knowing the mystery novel lifestyle you write for yourself would you go after hours thumbing through my library corner folding pages and disturbing the required silence and then say you only want to browse not borrow |

I am sorry for your pain and I reply to this humbly. You seem like a sweet, warm and very loving person. Some men are just jerks, then there are some that will wake up one day and realize what they had. I am sure, in reading your work for only these last few days that one day he will be one of the latter. By that time you will have moved on and will be able to smile and realize you are okay. Wait for the last, yet to be mentioned, category of man who can be your partner, your equal and your friend. Even though I haven't got one, I've seen that they exist. I'm pontificating...sorry, personality issues. |
