My Now Freed Soul

Looking down a broken shell I saw
That was me, but! no more;
Amazed I felt no loss, no pain, no fear,
At something Broken that I once held so dear,

Things in the room seemed like shadows cast
But I could slither through them which my form easily pasted
Walls seemed to move before me, Away
And the ceiling melted exposing a shining day,

She must have gone, her pulse dose not exist,
And a hand went to checkout the pulse on my wrist
A device that checks my chest for breath
She looks so beautiful in her final death,

But I am not dead, I said with surprise
Then a hand came up, to close my now staring eyes
Yet my vision is still so bright and clear
Their faces I could see, and there voices I could hear

Now I am floating like some strange ethereal dream
lifting me up on a celestial steam
Into a river that heals my pain and makes me whole
Taking away my now freed soul

What a vision, dear Annie, like a NDE that heals forever from the fear of death. You soar beautifully here and expressed your feelings very well.

Love and joy.
