pink subtle,
flushed shades
of rose
shadowed
on blushed flesh,
trembling

at every edge

of keepsakes kept
in saffron scent
of line-dried
linen,
sunshine seams,
beaming

at every edge

of mirrored bloom,
currents co-mingle
on humble
waters,
infectious moon,
reflecting

at every edge

of interrupted time continuum

You know, I love this one.  I am becoming addicted to your poetry.  I look for it and want it in a book on my shelf.  Know what I mean, bean?

This part is awesome.  You write of such depth and emotion. Captivating, Shellie. Cool stuff.

Ah, I love a poet who can say so much with so few (yet well chosen) words.  Beautiful!

lmao girly!

Ali...start printin and here's your glue stick cause the only way my scribbles will be in print is if we paste em in this here notebook!  I'll even autograph it for you

You know I'm a beginner and that everything I write is an experiment, right? lol  I don't know where to break lines or always get my structure right...but thanks so much for liking something in my writing.  It means a lot to me

love ya,

shel
