Alone she lives, yet not alone
In the middle of nowhere she makes her home
Possessed of all traits of beauty uncommon
It takes a stranger’s eyes to find them
Someone who fills the cup complete
That is always no small feat
She lives to shout out from the roof
The time is near, she is given proof
All she has to do to take to the wind
Is summon all there is of strength within
And listen to the forces and powers that be
Reclaiming all that was lost of her humanity

Loved this dear J., especially the first two lines are beautifully written, all with a touch of sadness. Your rhymes are truly lovely in this poem.
