"My Favorite Ex"

As i lay on my bed
reminiscing the love we had
somewhere in my heart aches
it's like whenever i think of you it slowly breaks.

Though it's a scourging pain in our past
my heart on your door, still knocks
it's still you it chose
Even though i know it's already closed.

I can still draw a smile
even if it's a lie
but i hope somehow i still cross your mind
and remember those times when i was yours and you were mine.

Though i'm sure you'll have next
i just hope you'll know that you're my favorite ex.
