Disaster spawns behaviorals
disqualifying dominant
smug superiority
and definition's exponents
find the "if" in life and note
I stole that from Apocalypse
as Now is all that is
"end quote"
Define each other?
Yet we miss
the mark (continue)
confidant
blinded by sincerity
we merely spout what we perceive
translating love and life and grief
dismissal of "reality"
defying most uncomfortably
all that we cannot retrieve
or equate to balancing
algebraic pumps that beat
in time to songs illogically--
your "e" made for
a bad emcee,
but love is not competitive
nor title of Miss Uni-verse
(a one-note song is merely curse)
I regret I've written worse
as guilty as they come, my songs
in adequate (and much too long)

Solutions somewhat elegant
but eloquently wrong.

Edited: lmao..I added an I to my "reality"--somebody page Dr. Freud! Thanks, friend!

(((Serenity)))    I am always amazed by you.
You always make me swirl...like a dust devil.
I'm not sure what that means...but I love the feeling.   I love you for always giving me that feeling...regardless of what it means.  ::smiles::

This one was...deliberately ambiguous.

In it, I alluded to several movies which served as hints, so I wouldn't call this poetry per se, more like a bit of a tease, with "madness" as its central theme. Three of the more obvious clues are "Apocalypse Now", "A Beautiful Mind" and not a movie, but the title is of course, reference to the most mystifying read--The Book of Revelations. Whatever conclusions you draw from that, if any, is entirely up to you.

I thank you all for taking the "spin" with me. Sometimes I just like to have a bit of fun.

Love to all!
