Smiles Come to My Face

While my eyes are open
I look for you
wanting to see your face
wearing a smile
looking at me,
and not seeing you
I am sad, ever knowing
that you are far away.

When I close my eyes
and think of you,
I can see you
in my memories,
touch you in
my imagination
and feel you close
to me in my heart,
and smiles come
to my face.

You got that right, dear James! Be sure you close the eyes when you are seated though, because you could get lost in your visualization!

Effjayel the eruption is on the Big Island and I am on Oahu...I would like to go over and watch sometime in the future...James
