Silver Trail

I walk like rocks in clay
of stressful choices decided
moving along at snails speed
looking forward to pouring salt
and behind at a silver trail
here I watch a dripping faucet
as a temporary fix of ocean
a mermaid stuck on boulders
waiting impatiently for the waves
this time I stand between cracks
dilemma of conviction and the future
and I feel so pulled to
am I bought or am I buying
a decided woman undecided

"no darkness has ever been deep enough to extinguish my personal knowledge of love"  Anne Rice

Sometimes, decisions are just not that easy to make.

This reminds me of the children's story about the "Push me - Pull me".  I like your poetry a lot.

I like this Poem a lot.
I think most can relate at one time or another.

Nice work.
