My love you are a rosella clothed in the promise of morning;
you comfort me with scarlet feathers.

You paint a rainbow of contentment for me.
I twirl beneath your canopy; my footsteps beat a tattoo of love for you.

Play music and I will dance. Sing and I will harmonize with you alone

I am honeysuckle my love, warmed by your touch.
My blooms open to your hand and my seeds drop for you.

I kiss your lips in the wind and the fruit of you is sweet on my tongue.
I will give my nectar freely to you.

You are the sun warming my skin;
the brightness of day that dazzles my eyes.

I hear your voice and listen for your word.
I will stand in the rain, the drenching rain to catch the scent of you.

I am the pomegranate, the apricot ripe for your pleasure and soft in your hand.

You daub me in the colours of morning and paint me in contentment.
Lend me your wings and I will soar with you.
