              A Sonnet

What light doth bring such love with morning sun
and kiss away the freshness of the dew
a lovely special glow second to none
and cherished with the birth each day anew

How in Thy light the radiant caress
intoxicates and captivates complete
yet holds enamored soul with tenderness
fulfills its e'er yearning heart so sweet

Where in the universe is one so rare
that blends with day and night so perfectly
with flashing eyes and shining starlit hair
that glowing smile is such a joy to see

There in a dream a wonderland delight
Here in my heart and thoughts both day and night

...and a mighty fine sonnet, it be! Is there a name for a 10 syllables per line sonnet?

I enjoy reading your vast variety of poetic forms. I am so pleased to have caught this one today.
