Stupid in Love I think I’m still in love even though you’re gone forever I sill see you in my dreams and we are happy together My life now lies in shambles and I know that you left But you’re still in my heart, my emotions can’t rest. Stupid in love is the man you left behind Who hangs on to your memory while loosing his mind, Not even a goodbye to ease the pain of your departure You left me empty inside, from within I rupture. The agony today is not so much your absence But the fact you hang around yet you give me no answer I see you in the streets, in the stores, and sometimes in my bed I see you’re still here deepening my pain. You’re half here and half there stopping me from moving on I’m sick of your presence, just leave me alone Stupid ‘cause I fell in love with you Stupid for not letting you go. Now I sit here tonight writing about you once again I can’t seem to let go of all the “what could have been’s?’ If I lost you when I had you but you were never mine Then I’m not loosing anything except my mind. How do you say goodbye without saying a hello? How were you always there but I was always so alone? How can I forget all the love that you just didn’t give? It’s because I’m stupid in love, and maybe you really did. 06-09-06 In the blood soaked battle field, lay the bones of countless millions who in the midst of battle stopped to rest, and resting they died. |

comoloco7, your words bleed heartbreak and sadness, but isn't it so wonderful to share them and allow them them to escape. The mind is so complex, often not seeing the real, but the fanasy that we beckon, the world of dream keeps us going, reality blows us away. Good things come and each tomorrow brings more hope. I unfortunately know this reality a little too well--it stinks to love someone and not know or second guess how they feel towards you.
