Here
I sit,
wondering why
the difference I could make
makes no difference...
to others.

Oh my friend, the difference you could make, does indeed make a difference to me.

Maybe it does
and you just don't see
the difference that it does make.

Maureen,  I tried to teach my children that we never really know who  we may touch in life and that it is up to us to be the best person we can.  It could be a child who sees someone  as wonderful and wants to grow up to be like them, it could be some one at work who choose us as a mentor, it could be anyone for just one minute who saw something in one of us and may have changed their ways.  I know it happened to me as I was growing and still happens.  I see or hear of someone and it touches for the moment and maybe for a lifetime. So my dear, you will may never know whom you touched on your way through this world, but I am sure there are more than you realize. sincerely, "late"

Maureen, I would wager my 'vestments', that you  can ~ and do ~ make a difference. Perhaps it is  simply that you are the last one to know.

Might I also say, that I suppose that there are many readers who could be wondering the same thing about themselves.

I know one thing that is for certain! ~ You make a welcome difference, here aboard the pip ship!

Loving hug,
Linda
