Strange place, new sounds
Unfamiliar faces all around
Light glisten on the horizon
As you see the people driving

So many more from where you don't belong
Your heart may sing the song
But how can you go on
With the day passing by

All the faces you once knew die
So sad, so alone, in this town unknown
Listen softly to the voice
Soon you'll have no choice

Listen harder and you'll hear
A friend so dear

When "poetryisapassion", you know you've come to the right place!

Welcome aboard the pip ship! May you enjoy sailing these blue seas!

Yes, change is a part of life. I, ofttimes, find that to be a challenging process. However, more often than not, the unfamiliar will become the familiar ~ and that can be a comforting thought.

Giving you a warm, welcoming hug,

Earth Angel
