Remember then the Good Old Days When Slaves were kept in Chains A simple life “It had More Strife” Far more Aches and Pains Education forced upon us now Our Childhood has been stolen Don’t complain to older folk For their years now are Golden They can’t see what they did to us Their challenge our demise It’s just the way they look at us Through worn and weary eyes Eric Lance Davies |

not sure I agree with some of these lines~~ and it depends on which generation you are referring to... Some made our lives better and others are always making excuses...changing things that didn't need to change...then discovering they were better before. Besides I don't see that many people living a "Golden" life here. M |
