Hiya

Dad's mixed feelings...... daughter has two children 10 and 8 years old.

Now she anounces she is pregnant again he is not sure(daughter is 36)that life is going to be all sunshine for her..... of course will not show this since you cant change the facts...

Of course over the moon at the prospect of my sixth granchild but I love my kids and know how much hard work this will be.

Thank you so much for the explanation. Yes, 36 and starting all over again. I can understand your concerns. However, this may offer her a new lease on life and keep her younger longer!

Let's pray that that is the case.

Eric,

I truly know where you are coming from on this one. And of course, are age and "wisdom" tell us that "we would never again do something like that!"...because, well, heck, man, that's why we're grandparents!

But our kids [and I have three girls!] go ahead and do what they want, because, well, it's their life.

I've got six grandkids as well, and just remember...all of the little ones? All they bring to your house...

are smiles.

Wondering now if your daughter is just trying to recreate the happy home life she grew up in?
