Aerial Pedantry

Amalgam dreams, stretched out upon the clouds
Into wandering mists that veil the whispers of certainty

On barefoot procession, each step dips my toes into starlight
Hills and cleavage adorned by the moonlight, scented in mystery

Intimate, the secrets of subconscious walks on crystal bridges
Guiding your hands to soothe the tightest of lightning white strikes

Ceasing the impetuous searching of sand, made into glass
Innocence exalts the wind, as it sweeps away crumbs as snowflakes

In your human hands, divined by right, to sweep the dew beads adorn
And know me, in silver sled of found, left warm upon my waking heart

Oh so very beautiful Kathleen!

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.

"...each step dips my toes into starlight." Gorgeous. The imagery in this poem is really interesting and the language is just lovely. Really lovely.

Too picturesque for words.
A beauty.
