Tranquility

Lay under the heat of the sun
feel it cast it's heady glow
over every inch of your body,
feel the breeze
lightly brush against your skin
removing all your worries
and replacing them with calm.
Hear the gentle sound
of the crashing waves
which takes you to another time
and place
where all is still
and all is at peace.
close your eyes
and relax
in this natural paradise.

living 15 minutes from the beach here, I don't go as often as I should

it sure is a peaceful place
