#truth {color:black or white; shifting:none;

  positioning:absolute;}

  #emotions, #dreams{visibility:hidden; color:transparent}

  #remembrance {color:shades of gray; weight:varied}

  #prayers { position:relative;upon amen:float upward;}

  <remembrance>There used to be a time when

  logic did not rule every thought and

  the curly bracketed if-then-else consequence for every action

  was easier to ignore;

  <dream> a time when my fingers were dipped in imagination

  and together we dreamed our way

  across the sky</dream><emotion> and as I soared my heart swelled

  cavorting on currents of dreams, the finding of a soul mate

  still seemed a likely journey's end</emotion>

  </remembrance> <truth>but reality is

  hard coded in truth, and acceptable syntax is

  all that really matters, premature endings

  do not allow fault to be assumed and errors corrected   </truth>

  <prayer>Lord thank You for the priceless gift You gave

  that negated the breach between us and You.

  This reality with its certainty of harshness and

  stumbling blocks hiding on every corner

  is not fashioned for endurance; without You,

  it would be impossible.

  This life is not meant to be negotiated blind.

  Thank you for faith when my eyes don’t see.

  Amen. </prayer>

A unique and cleverly coded expression of faith. Your luminosity is showing!

The ending "Amen. " was perfect!

So good to read a poetic offering from you this fine spring day!

Loving Light,

EA

Careful, dear friend, one of your lovely facets is showing...

and showing well, indeed.

I've missed you!

thank you both...it has been so long since I heard anything from my muse, that I don't know if she stopped speaking or I stopped listening...or...I am just working toooooo hard, and she's doing all my sleeping *tired smile*
will try to come around more, and would do so easier if this connection weren't a turtle on a treadmill

Sometimes, dearheart,
a "thank you" for ever being
just there

does wonders.

They blush, they shine...

then

they write...

through you.

If I tell you that I first read "truth" as "ruth"... and felt each word so much they seemed written for me... would you know how much this touched? *S* Know, my friend... for it did. *S*
