      Love’s Shores

Wave on wave
time upon time
emotions riding memory,
desires rippling
in the moonlight...
lost in love’s riptide
to passion’s undertow...
heart-dreams left stranded,
helpless before the dawn!

I really liked this one's dreamlike and meditative quality. A truly evocative piece.

The Chinese sages believed their purpose was to follow the order of their nature and destiny. They studied the tao of heaven and called it the dark and the light. They considered the earth's nature to be the yielding and the firm. The tao of man they called love and dignity. You've got a subtle, compelling dark and light thing going on here, and firm meets yielding. Rythmic and lyrical.

hi!

The surging tides, the ripples within reflection, the riffle of a river...all movement I see within this passion.
