     Cobalt sky

Passion-poisoned leaves
trellis forest paths
compounding moods
loosely strung
between springtime hope
and wintry despair.

Past hidden lair
of copperhead-stare,
a lone falcon flying high
skirts wooded way
in search of prey,
where no mock-cliff cities
  loom;
and booming bullfrogs
rivet dreams
of springtime thaws
and toe-dangle streams.

My eyes seek the reach
of towering Beech
to brush
a cobalt sky!

wonderful ‘Nature Imagery’!
[finely typical of this author]...

I love the thematic ‘rebirth’
of life from the dead ground....
as Winter tranposes into
Spring...and, how our
mood may be drawn along
with said changes from
despair to hope's renewal until
it is soaring with that falcon
above the dark, the toxic and
the man-made/commonplace; etc.
May all our spirits this Spring
chance to brush that ‘cobalt
sky'!

Aye Kacy, these warm Pa spring days do tend to do that to a person.  Very fine writing, and darn it is sooo good to be reading you again.

It feels like SPRING this morning!
The sky is truly a brilliant energetic cobalt blue today!
You need not be a van Gogh to capture today's magnificent colors.
Anyone care to splash LIFE's vibrancy with me?

We were fortunate in that spring came
so early to some....

we've had so much joyous rain!

Only the car techies are drenched in
drops...

The rest of us are wholly greatful!

So Guess who this is?????????
Happy Easter Kacy Midnitesun!  Do you have any plans for the weekend?  I am going with Elizabeth to a gathering at Martie's house after church.  I have grown impatient of geting tech help with Mr. J.  I got him  talking again and the added feedback (which Braille allone was not giving me) was enough info to post a reply.  I'm so happy (jumps around and claps hands in air)
Let me know if you got my contact info Okay?

Excellent,  you have a brush filled to the
brim with such magical and mystical words.
All a pleasure to read.
