Lesson Juan: Abstract Sea lessons Lesson Juan, the class for fish school begun When Ma told us ten girls how life is done Never swim alone; it’s not O.K. fun (Never! Swim to the bridge to eat some chum) Never swim by land Not with any One For winds of choosy fish dry out by Sun Three wed older sisters of yours have run Two are still humdrum never overcome One got mislaid by light, and now she’s None Lesson Two includes three. You must be a Lady Tamely schedule four, five and six what’s now likely Docile as could be, every day act commonly Potentially project predictability Unassumingly expect customarily Conventionally regulate consistently Typically seven through nine rehearse mundanely Habitually learn from fish what your life Should Be Convincingly accept what is ordinary Duly accept training that comes expectedly Routinely believe all fish unquestionably Faithfully allow all new possibility Sincerely discharge all thought realistically Apparently trust all anticipatedly Lessons One through ten accept all canons and then The feasible mundane becomes impending when Never go to the light of the Chum bridge Never again! copyright dwgpoet 2007 |
