lost by translating the moment
into the alphabet
of desire

the page out of time
transcends its allotment
transgressing the agreement

that interrupts cycles into phases
of plausibility,
precociously permitting

life’s dreams to succumb
to pressures unwritten, unseen
seeking doubt among the living

seeking death amidst the faithful
holding the dreamer to those dreams
that settle fantasy’s dust

into chasms of hope
lining the walls of remembrance
with ideas of ivy,

covering the membranes
of the mind
with dust mites
of adoration

Ohhh goody ... another one (thanks Sunshine *wink wink*)

"lost by translating the moment

I seem to be chasing LeeJ with comments today, and once again we are in agreement.  I could have cut and pasted this entire write, it is that good.

And this one is the last ?  Well I sure did love it while it lasted and will read them all, again.

clap ... clap ... clap ... clap ... BRAVO!

always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same

LeeJ, I am so glad you like them...thank you for taking the time to read them and for commenting on them

Janette, thank you for your lavish comments...I am truly overwhelmed by your gracious generosity

Sunshine, thank you!  you get it!  the line you quoted is the quintessential line in all of the 4 editions...I was hoping that you would comment on that
