(Warning! You may have to look up a few words!)

Pathos of Periphery

Sifting throught the motives
behind my pensive rambles,
I am left with my deepest thoughts:
Pure and Refined.

I take this precious lump - abstract and intangible -
to a corner of my mind.

Here, at the boundary of my being,
I mold my thoughts into a cohesive shape:
A pathos of my periphery.

Here, for all to see,
I set this precious part of me.
And now I nod,
and leave it be.

[Some time later]

Once again, I traverse the distance of my soul,
seeking to expand.

Along the way, I happen upon a dust-encrusted shape:
An ancient pathos of my young mind.

I smile, brush off the dust,
and move on.

Lol... Thanks you guys. I had to look up the meanings of the words to make sure I was using them right.
