It never meant so much to be Fallen

My mind has been invaded
By the words I have to say
Every moment clouded thought
That gets right in the way

It’s time I came clean
With my secret grey-white lies
So filled with conviction
As I looked into your eyes

I can’t let you continue to say
The things that cut me so
It’s now that I stand up for myself
And it’s time you let me go

I’m sorry our lives have come to this
But it’s time to finally see
That there was never any hope
For the likes of you and me

We were different where it hurt
And divided where it counts
Our similarities weren’t enough
So regretfully I renounce

Yes I loved you, more that you know
But no I couldn’t see
The face value of what
You wanted me to believe

It will all catch up sooner or later
And you’ll know it all
My every regret and shame
That lead to us and our fall

"I have no other but a woman's reason:
I think him so, because I think him so."

This is really good. =] I love the words you have used to describe the feelings.

Well done. =]
