Bones is an amazingly
kind and gentle man.
He could never find it in himself
to hate or hurt anyone—
no, not in a million years.

With some clients,
“they’re rare and phony
freaks of nature,”
Bones feels very much forsaken
by God and man alike.

When this happens,
the only thing left for Bones to do,
is scream, and beg for mercy.
None of that ever changed
Bones kindly disposition.

He persevered right through
all of his suffering,
an amazingly kind and gentle man,
right to the very end of his short life
of fourteen years.

Bobby

You tell the "Bones" story well, Bobby.  And this one packs a punch to the end - right to the solar plexus.

Love,
A

Thanks dear Alison,

I'm very pleased that this poem worked that way for you.

Love Bobby
